The glutathione-S-transferase genes mainly the GSTM1 and GSTT1 alleles are responsible for synthesis of detoxication enzymes that can remove toxic substances. objective this study is to seek changes in genetic polymorphism motorcycle drivers exposed BTEX. Our group consists 60 including 30 professional non-professional. Blood samples were preleveled from population EDTA tubes DNA was extracted by phenol/chloroform method.
